    We use two of the largest credit referencing companies specialising in tenants references; namely Homelet and FCC Paragon, and by using them we have an assurance that the Tenants that we choose for the properties will be able to afford the rental payments.

    Handling properties in the Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire Counties, we pride ourselves on offering homes that have been well maintained by our company and should a Landlord choose to manage their own property, then we expect the same high standards. As such, we carry out regular checks on these properties to ensure that the Tenants can be certain that the Landlord is maintaining the property to an acceptable standard.
